Organization: Magnolia Plantation & Gardens

Short Bio: I am the director of interpretation at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens. My background and graduate work is in Southern history, particularly African American history, and its interpretation at historic sites. As most people’s first encounter of this difficult history is at these sites, such work is of the utmost importance.
