Beginning in 1998, the restoration of the 1915 Seashore Farmers Lodge 767 was more than a decade in the making and largely supported by the efforts of lodge descendants. The structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007 and the project was completed in 2011 with the opening of the new Seashore Farmers Lodge Museum and Cultural Center.
