The Cultural Resources Element of the Comprehensive Plan focuses on the history of Greenwood and how
this history has affected the local population. Our cultural heritage is made up of many characteristics such
as historic structures, festivals and events, and cultural groups and organizations. This element proposes to
identify a number of cultural attributes and offer meaningful objectives to the enhancement, protection, and
development of our cultural resources.
